HPET Series Main Applications

HPET Series from PowerJet is an injection machine for high volume production. HPET preform injection molding system was designed and developed for large quantities production with four advantages: high speed, precise positioning, fast response and energy saving.

The most competitive production line that integrates a perfect solution for low cost and high performance. Three models of high speed PET perform machines with higher performance for cost and clamping forces ranging from 3300kN to 5000kN

Energy-Savings Characteristic:

The PET screw was specially designed to significantly increase the speed and lower the temperature for plasticization, optimize shot weight and lowers the shearing of perform. This design also achieves better transparency.

Energy-Savings of 30%~50% by the servo motor control system and 25% ~ 45% by variable pump control system.

Different models are available to fulfill a variety of applications and customer requirements.

Increased ejection force and ejector stroke to accept PET perform molding.

Fully enclosed cabinet with safe door to meet sanitary and thermo-control requirements.

The hot runner system interface is included.

Optional feature to increase output by 15% ~ 25% with the combination of pressure holding and charge at the same time.

HPET Series Key Features - Faster and Efficient

Faster Computer: Easy to operate Euro branded controlling system with strong expandability that can perform real-time running synchronization for the control machine and robot.

Faster Injection: Accumulator with servo valve is utilized to control the injection, makes the shot more accurate and the synchronous plasticizing and injection guarantee big volume injections and shortens the circle time.

Faster mold open: Controlled by an accumulator with servo valve for the ejector and mold opening-closing. This hydraulic control
system ensures the ejection and opening-closing more stable, fast and accurate. This feature contributes to the mold efficiency and match the time requirement for the take-out robot.

Faster Robot: Special designed high-performance robot for preform taking–out is equipped with a German
SEW servo system, ensures fast and stable movements and can provide 3-time cycle cooling outside the mold. The equipped ice water cooling system ensures the preform to be cooled down without stress.

Efficient Hydraulic Circuit System: Accumulator with servo valve is use to accurately control the injection and the Two-circuit hydraulic designs contributes to high speed and high efficiency for plasticizing and opening-closing the mold to faster production cycles.

Efficient Synchronization Pressure Holding and Plasticizing: Increases the output by 15%~25% with an optional pressure holding and plasticizing unit.
